  so in england they report a "white clean-shaven man" mowed down worshippers at a mosque.

  why do they never make such detailed descriptions when muslims do the same?.

  i hope this event isn't a bad turning point.

  i know about the gold apple watch, but that is only a small percentage of the billions that they have.

  so who do you think is keeping all of this money.

  Who holds the Burden Of Proof?

  when we as former witnesses wake up and choose to leave the society, it is mainly because we value truth and honesty.. the society tries to make out that we are in the wrong.

  that we have "left the truth".. but, who really holds the burden of proof?

  do we (who leave) need to prove that the society is not the "truth", or does the society need to prove that it is the "truth".. thoughts?.

  I think the time has come for us to knock Einstein off the pedestal he's been installed upon.

  Yes, Einstein had a great insight into the relationship between matter and energy - a relationship that most "Einstein-o-philes" can't explain beyond a parrot-like reciting of " E = mc2."

  For openers, take the haircut. You want that? Yet the genius Einstein was content with it.

  How about the great and wise Einstein on interpersonal relationships? Einstein told his wife that his SIX girlfriends (chief among them his cousin Elsa) showered him with "unwanted" affection. Sure, he was just a chick magnet, he can't help it. Chicks dig guys who write superscript 2s!

  It seems he had a daughter that he never saw. He was also uninvolved in the lives of his two sons. Yesterday was Father's Day. Send Einstein a card.

  If you are female, is this your ideal male companion? If you're a guy, is this your best role model? Think before you answer.

  Einstein was a theoretical physicist who at one instant in time was in the right place, mentally. He wasn't a psychologist or a life coach.

  Beyond his famous formula, everything else he said and did is horse shit.

  If they were rational this would be a possibility, but they aren't rational. They believe that the only thing better than this life is the afterlife, and death is the portal to the afterlife, so they love death.

  The only way to negotiate with a person like that is to give them what they want - a funeral.

  - limited information so far.. son finds parents stabbed to death inside north austin home.. abc7 chicago.

  sunday 18 june 2017.. a son discovered his two parents stabbed to death inside a home on chicago's north austin neighborhood, police said.. he found his 67-year-old father and 69-year-old mother fatally stabbed in the 1400-block of north leclaire avenue and contacted police at about 1 a.m., police said.

  The son will be the primary suspect because most people are killed by someone they know, and the son may have thought he had something to gain following their demise, like their estate.

  If the son is exonerated the police will look at the evidence to see where that takes them.

  Here's the way it works:

  The events of MY life are significant to ME because I only exist on MY TIME-LINE - no one else's.

  It is thus for EVERY OTHER INDIVIDUAL on earth, although some of them will try to convince you that THEY are an exception to this reality.

  Now, most of us here on this board share a common experience (but not an identical experience) - we were, for some portion of our lives, Jehovah's Witnesses.

  These experiences are important to us because there are no other experiences that can drop into the time-slices occupied by our JW experiences.

  The problem for us lies in the fact that the majority of the people we share this planet with did NOT have any JW experiences - they had their OWN experiences.

  JW-ism, as a cult, is not dastardly enough to merit much attention from anyone. JW leadership is stupid and careless and clumsy and more than a bit effete and feminine and faggy*, but they aren't as bad as some of the other cults the world has known, in my opinion. That doesn't mean that GREAT EVIL has not occurred within JW congregation - I know that it has. But as XJWs we just don't have the numbers to garner great attention.

  So, NO the general public does not care about former JWs. Them's the facts.

  *make me laugh - tell me they aren't!

  ....................then you couldn't have been "in the truth" nor was "the truth in you" until july 2013, because that month's watchtower was dedicated to reversing the following 8 "truths" and replacing them with opposing "truths".
